Auriga ThriveX Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 25, 2025
All services provided by Auriga ThriveX, including the 40-week mentoring program, supplementary training, and access to the proprietary mobile application, are offered on a prepaid basis and are governed by this strict refund policy.
1. Zero-Tolerance Non-Refundable Commitment:
By processing your payment, you secure and reserve access to a structured 40-week program, curriculum, and dedicated mentorship resources. Consequently, all funds paid for Auriga ThriveX services are strictly non-refundable and cannot be reversed or credited under standard circumstances.
This Zero-Tolerance Policy applies absolutely to all reasons related to user or student choice and circumstances, including, but not limited to:
- Change of Mind or Personal Circumstance: No refunds will be issued if the user or student withdraws, is unable to attend, changes their mind, experiences scheduling conflicts, or chooses to discontinue the program prematurely for any reason.
- Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not offered based on subjective dissatisfaction with the curriculum, mentorship style, perceived results, or the overall learning experience.
- Non-Usage: Failure to utilize the prepaid services, attend sessions, or engage with the mobile application does not constitute a valid claim for a refund.
2. The Narrow and Exclusive Exceptions:
A refund will only be considered and processed under the two exclusive conditions detailed below.
Exception A: Auriga ThriveX Failure to Deliver
A full or pro-rata refund will be issued only if Auriga ThriveX fails to offer the agreed deliverables on time as stipulated in the program agreement (e.g., cancellation of a committed session without rescheduling, or permanent failure to provide access to the proprietary 40-week curriculum or mobile app).
- Criteria for Failure: The failure must be attributable solely to Auriga ThriveX and must constitute a material breach of the service delivery agreement (e.g., program cancellation, or technical failure preventing access for an unreasonable, non-remdial period).
- Exclusions: Delivery failure caused by the user's internet connectivity, device failure, or any Force Majeure event is not covered by this exception.
Exception B: Verified Accidental Payments
A refund for an accidental payment (mistransaction) will be considered only if the claim meets both of the following mandatory criteria:
- Nature of Transaction: The payment must be unequivocally proven to be an unintended duplicate charge for a single service or an erroneous charge resulting from a proven technical mistake.
- Strict Reporting Window: The accidental payment must be officially reported to Auriga ThriveX within forty-eight (48) hours of the original time stamp of the mistransaction.
3. Claim Reporting and Processing Procedure:
3.1. Reporting Submission
To submit a claim under either Exception A or B, the client must contact us immediately via email:

3.2. Investigation and Verification
All claims are subject to a detailed investigation by the Auriga ThriveX finance and technical teams, which may take up to 7-10 business days.
- Failure to Deliver (Exception A): We will review service logs against the contractual commitment. If a material, un-remedied failure is verified, the eligible refund amount (full or pro-rata) will be calculated.
- Accidental Payment (Exception B): We will verify the transaction logs. Claims reported after the 48-hour deadline will be automatically rejected.
3.3. Refund Disbursement
If a claim is verified and approved under either Exception A or B:
- Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (e.g., credit card or bank account) used for the transaction. No alternative disbursement methods (e.g., cash, cheque) are available.
- Timeline: While processing is initiated immediately upon approval, the credited funds may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Acceptance of Policy:
The payment for and subsequent enrollment in any Auriga ThriveX service serves as explicit acknowledgment and irrevocable agreement to the terms of this Refund Policy, including the understanding that payments are non-refundable save for the two specific exceptions outlined above.
