Auriga ThriveX Digital Service Delivery Policy

1. Introduction:

This Digital Service Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the processing, activation, and delivery of all prepaid services offered by THRIVEX AURIGA PRIVATE LIMITED (Auriga ThriveX). By enrolling in the 40-week mentoring program or purchasing any supplementary training, you agree to the practices described herein.

2. Order Processing and Activation:

• Processing Time: Order processing, which includes payment verification and program enrollment, typically takes 1 to 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Exclusions: Processing is conducted during regular working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will begin processing on the next working day.
• Notification: Upon successful payment verification and enrollment completion, you will receive an email confirmation and/or an in-app notification detailing your program access and login credentials.

3. Service Delivery Method & Access Right:

• Digital Delivery: As Auriga ThriveX offers a 40-week structured offline & online mentoring program, there is no physical shipment or tracking of a package.
• Delivery Method: Program deliverables are provided electronically via:
  • Account Activation: Immediate granting of access to the proprietary mobile application for habit tracking and curriculum modules.
  • Email Communication: Delivery of welcome kits, session schedules, and online class links (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet links).
  • Dashboard Access: Availability of daily micro tasks and progress reports within the app.
• Right to Use: Upon successful and confirmed payment, you have the immediate right to access and use the prepaid services for the defined duration of the program, subject to the Terms of Service.

4. Delivery Timelines:

• Access Activation: Access to the proprietary curriculum and mobile app features will be activated within 24 hours of receiving the successful payment confirmation.
• Online Sessions: Weekly online mentoring sessions will commence according to the program schedule provided to you via email and the app dashboard.

5. Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility:

• Confirmation: Delivery is confirmed via the enrollment confirmation email sent to your registered email address and the activation of your user dashboard within the mobile app.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the registered email address is valid, accessible, and correctly spelled. Auriga ThriveX is not liable for delayed access resulting from inaccurate user-provided contact details or issues on the user's end (e.g., full mailbox, strict spam filters).

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Digital Delivery:

• Data Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and functioning contact information (email/phone number) during registration.
• Remedy: If you do not receive the access and confirmation email within 24 hours of payment, you must contact customer support immediately. We will investigate and manually confirm or reset access.

7. Delivery for Supplementary Services:

• Training Modules: Access to supplementary services, such as the Parents Training or Teachers Training, will be activated electronically within 24 hours of their scheduled start date following successful payment.

8. International Enrollment (if applicable):

• Format: As the service is delivered entirely online, we enroll customers globally.
• Time Zone: All live online session times are scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST). It is the customer's responsibility to convert the scheduled time to their local time zone.
